The session will last approximately 90 minutes and will be an introduction into FHA requirements for an effective quality control plan. The discussion will cover the items required for a written QC Policy acceptable to FHA, staffing requirements, sampling, outsourcing issues, findings, and reporting requirements. An effective quality control program is central to any lender and at its best provides information on training opportunities, mitigation of risk, and a benchmark for performance
