Description of Product

This is a commercial/multifamily course.

Risks and Consequences of CMF Loans explores the possible consequences of a servicer's non-compliance with loan documents, servicing agreements, policies and procedures, and more. It begins with a look at the most common pitfalls that may result in non-compliance. It then describes the different types of disputes and their possible consequences. The course then explains how servicers can prevent or mitigate the consequences of disputes by looking for warning signs and limiting exposure to liability. It then delves into ways in which companies can protect staff from involvement in disputes and defines ways in which staff should respond should a dispute occur. At the end of the course, key concepts are reinforced through a case study.
