REO Marketing and Sale explores the marketing and sale phase of an REO property. It addresses the key components of an offer and their overall effect on the sale of REO properties. Some of the most important components in the closing process are also covered. This course also explores a range of options for selling REO properties, as well as situations when renting a property may be beneficial.

The course begins with a review REO marketing, including listing strategies and listing agreements. Next, the course discusses the offer to purchase, the real estate sales contract, and counteroffers. Toward the end of the course, it examines pre-closing, closing, and post-closing. At the end of the course, the subject of REO rentals is addressed.
