The quarterly performance reports provide current data on the revenues and expenses associated with the origination and servicing of one-to-four-unit residential mortgage loans. Detailed information on production and servicing volume mixes by product type are also included. The reports are targeted to independent mortgage companies and bank subsidiaries who generally originate $1 billion or less annually. These reports replace MBA's former Cost Study series.
The one year subscription includes four quarterly publications (beginning with the next released publication after purchase) plus a FREE copy of the Annual Mortgage Bankers Performance Report - 2008 data.
This product is available in electronic version only (pdf). The quarterly reports will be sent as email attachments as the publications are released.
